The Northern Indiana Healthcare System, located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, and Northern Indiana Healthcare System (Marion Campus), located at 1700 East 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953 is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Elevator Inspection and Maintenance. Contractor shall witness, oversee, and monitor rupture valve test and safety tests of the elevators and dumbwaiters. Contractor shall also provide semi-annual maintenance inspections, witness the annual no-load tractions, annual hydraulic pressure tests, annual hydraulic rupture valve tests and five-year traction load (with the assistance of the VA elevator maintenance contractor). The VA elevator maintenance contractor shall perform all the test and provide and set up the weights for the full load tests. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to SDVOSB concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is March 14, 2024, for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about February 09, 2024. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov.
