The contractor will be responsible for prepping existing asphalt, including repairing cracks and removing old markings, for multiple buildings and parking lots. The work will also include the installation of asphalt seal coating and line striping with reflective glass beads. The contractor will need to block off areas as required and provide necessary barricades and signs. All entrances must remain operational at all times. After hours or weekend work may be required for high traffic areas or entrance into the hospital.

Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to prep existing asphalt, including repairing cracks and removal of old markings for building 6, building 47, building 138 circle, building 172 & building 172A, buildings 124 & 170, buildings 52 & 153, buildings 54, T516 & T504, building 51, building 58, buildings 76, 53 & 165, parking lots for installation of asphalt seal coating per specifications. This work will also include line striping (2 coats with reflective glass beads). Line striping detail provided by VA. The contractor shall be responsible for blocking off areas as required, furnishing the necessary barricades, signs, etc... all entrances shall remain operational at all times. High traffic areas or entrance into the hospital will require after hours or weekend work, including areas but not limited to: 4, 4A & 3.
