This contract is for the continued provision of strategically located Ambulatory Care Centers (ACCs) for eligible military beneficiaries residing in the southern and western corridors of the National Capital Region (NCR). The ACCs should be able to deliver community-based health care services and meet a 30-minute drive time for Primary Care eligible beneficiaries. The contract does not require limited enrollment overlap with the Government footprint at ATAMMC and DiLorenzo Pentagon Health Clinic. Stand-alone buildings are preferred but not required.

Responses" The government received a number of responses to the RFI HT001524RFIATAMMC. Although the government indicated in the RFI that it did not intend to provide answers/responses to questions and feedback, the government provides the attached information to address some key topics raised in the RFI feedback. UPDATE ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The anticipated release date for this solicitation will be on or around 29November 2023 This is a Presolicitation Notice. This Notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. This notice is not a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The DHA is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if or when one is issued. It is the responsibility of the vendor who is interested in any potential future solicitation(s) to monitor all sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
