This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary-Atlanta GA intends to issue solicitation15B30124Q00000006for the requirements of:QUARTERLY -Subsistence. Delivery dates will beginApril 1,2024 thru April 15, 2024. Deliveries will be made to the United States Penitentiary, Atlanta, 601 McDonough Blvd SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
