The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) PMA-280 intends to negotiate and award a modification to a delivery order to Raytheon Company on a sole-source basis. The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) PMA-280, Patuxent River, Maryland intends to negotiate and award a modification to Delivery Order N0001924F0171, under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-20-G-0007, to Raytheon Company (Raytheon), 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, Arizona on a sole-source basis to perform all work necessary to expand annual production and recertification capacity for the Tactical Tomahawk (TACTOM) Block V All-Up-Round (AUR). Tasking includes the procurement of Tomahawk specific Fin Controller assemblies, canisters, carts, harness gun cases and foam boards, mid body casting feasibility study, fuel stand repair and associated support to improve Tomahawk supply base capacity capability for the United States Navy and Foreign Military Sales. Raytheon is the sole manufacturer of the Tomahawk Missile System and maintains and controls both the Level III Technical Data Package and the manufacturing documentation for the TACTOM AUR and associated Government special tooling, special test equipment and Government Property. The period of performance anticipated for this effort will be 24 months. The anticipated start date is December 2023.
