The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possesses the production data/modification data, expertise, capabilities, personnel, and experience to provide new modified large commercial derivative aircraft. The Commercial Derivative Aircraft Division (CDAD), in support of the VIP Transport Aircraft Procurement, is seeking information on how an interested contractor could enter into an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to procure a quantity range of 2-10 modified large commercial derivative aircraft. Required aircraft may be delivered as modified commercial airline type aircraft to replace and/or augment the current United States Air Force C-32A aircraft. Interested parties must submit an approved DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the individuals identified below with request for access.
