SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES, HILL AFB, UT This is a solicitation for proposal of snow removal services that 309 SWEG has identified across multiple 309 SWEG facilities located on Hill Air Force Base (AFB). The Government intends to award a fully burdened IDIQ, Firm Fixed Price contract with Option Years as a result of the solicitation. The expected period of performance is a five year period with a call issued annually for snow removal services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items necessary to provide snow removal services. Please review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and building maps with square footage information and provide a response. Submittal Requirements: 1) Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, with Name, Phone Number, Email Address, NAICS Code, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.) Company must be registered in SAM. 2) Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all tasks specified in the Performance Work Statement, CDRLs as well as Section L and M attachments. 3) Contractor fills out and answers the questions in the Pricing.xls attachment. 4) Provide a quoted fully burdened price. This will be an IDIQ, Firm Fixed Price agreement with Option Years. 5) Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days. 6) Responses shall be limited to 2 pages. Questions and Responses: 1) Q: Will there be a site visit opportunity? A: There are no further site visits planned. All questions that were asked at the previous site visit were addressed in the Performance Work Statement as well as the provided building maps. 2) Q:Whats the average width of the sidewalks? A: They average 6'. 3) Q:How much ice melt is required per sq foot? A: It's the contractors responsiblity to use their professional judgement to ensure sidewalks are clear and safe.
