This contract is for providing support to the National Capital Region (NCR) Network Office located in Bethesda, Maryland. The contract will be awarded based on a Firm Fixed Price model and follows the guidelines of FAR Part 12. The vendor who submits the most advantageous quotation, considering price and other factors, will be awarded the contract. The government reserves the right to award without discussions. Questions regarding the RFQ should be submitted via email by November 9, 2023. All quotes must be submitted electronically by November 14, 2023, in a format readable by Microsoft Office 2007 programs.

This requirement is in support of the National Capital Region (NCR) Network Office located at US Government Dalecarlia Annex-Fremont Building, 6000 MacArthur Blvd, Bethesda, Maryland 20816. The DHA Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) intends to award one Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. To be accepted and eligible for evaluation, quotations must be prepared in compliance with these instructions and all the terms and conditions contained in Solicitation # HT0014-24-R-0001. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price Contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quotation conforming to this solicitations requirements is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Offerors shall submit questions regarding the RFQ via email to judith.s.meynard.ctr@health.mil. All questions must be submitted no later than 09:00AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on or before Thursday November 9, 2023. Follow-up and/or additional questions will not be accepted after this date. All Quotes are to be submitted electronically via email to judith.s.meynard.ctr@health.mil no later than November 17, 2023, 9:00AM EST. Quotes shall be submitted in a format readable by, at a minimum, Microsoft Office 2007 programs.
