This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on theTrail Construction and Maintenance BPA.This is a competitive request for quotes under a previously issued BPA. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time. This project will restore a segment of the historic Ship Cove Trail and construct a new spur trail leading to a new trailhead location on Ship Cove. Major work items include trail clearing and grubbing in a manner to preserve the existing historic puncheon structures, Aggregate Surfacing, Aggregate Surfacing with Retainer Log, Puncheon Trail, Double Log Bridges and Signs. The trail centerline has been staked and marked with blue flagging at each Work Area and at points along the centerline.
