This contract is for the reconstruction and deferred maintenance of a 5-mile section of the Primrose Trail on the Chugach National Forest. The work includes brushing and general restoration, replacement of pundheon, turnpikes, drainage structures, and repair of stream fords. The project location is approximately 13 miles south of the community of Moose Pass. All work will be accessed from the Primrose Trailhead located at the end of Primrose Spur Rd, near mile 17 of the Seward Highway.

This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on theTrail Construction and Maintenance BPA This is a competitive request for quotes under a previously issued BPA. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time. This project is comprised of all required labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform the following work including but not limited to: reconstruction and deferred maintenance of a 5-mile section of the Primrose Trail on the Chugach National Forest (CNF). Work included is reconstruction of 5 miles of brushing and general restoration, replacement of pundheon, turnpikes, drainage structures, and repair of stream fords. The project location is approximately 13 miles south of the community of Moose Pass. All work will be accessed from the Primrose Trailhead located at the end of Primrose Spur Rd (60.34N; 149.37W), near mile 17 of the Seward Highway.
